CAT/Spikes Team Position
**Extended hours may be required during catastrophes or spike claims volume. Flexibility to travel on short notice, up to 50% of the time, and ability to be on call required.

Position Summary:
The primary job function is to maintain and build the relationship between the Company and the agency force in an assigned outside territory. Serves as the primary liaison to the agency force, which includes increasing sales, profitability management, training agents on Company systems, products and processes, as well as prospecting and appointing new agency partners within their territory.

Position Summary:
The primary job function is to develop and conduct various training and educational programs of varying skill levels from basic to complex with emphasis in technical claims training for our Mid Loss, Large Loss and Commercial property claims teams.
