Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Analyst II, Sales Analytics to help advance analytics related to agency compensation and incentive programs. In this role, you will work alongside the broader sales analytics team on other sales analytics efforts including sales planning, territory management, agency analytics, business performance analytics, and multi-rater analytics. This position engages with sales, technical product analysts, and product management, to assist in developing analytics offerings around compensation analytics and for sales.
Scope and Impact:
This is a hands-on individual contributor position – prior experience in P&C sales analytics, product management, or related discipline is required. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of P&C concepts, sales/underwriting, strong analytics acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various disciplines – sales, product management, data science, and IT. While this role is primarily remote, this role will be required to travel for the National Sales Meeting and other designated in-person team events.
Travel Requirement: 5%-10% travel to events and internal hubs.
State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:
$76,829 to $142,213 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
$69,845 to $129,284 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
$62,860 to $116,356 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
