State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:
$92,153 to $174,681(CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
$83,776 to $158,801 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
$69,937 to $129,164 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
• Serve as technical subject matter expert for product business requirements and product delivery tools.
• Identify issues and recommend solutions and enhancements to product implementation and delivery.
• Support strategy to research, design, and develop new ideas that lead to efficient and effective implementation of insurance products.
• Lead and manage the complex rating/dislocation systems/artifacts and technical solutions.
• Support in enforcing alignment in business requirements and processes where desirable
• Mentor junior analysts and provide support as necessary and may have direct people management responsibility
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree required
Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, PMP or similar certification highly preferred
Experience:
Minimum: 8+ years of business process analysis or project management experience with 2+ years in P&C insurance or related industry is required
Preferred: 5+ years in P&C insurance or related industry
Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum:
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams
• Advanced project management and process improvement skills
• Excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to set priorities, allocate resources, and resolve high-impact delivery issues
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
• Expert knowledge of best practices in documentation and business analysis
• High proficiency in project management software and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently
• Proficiency in Change Management and stakeholder engagement
• Adaptability & Foresight: eager to explore and learn new technologies/concepts and anticipate future challenges and opportunities, positioning the organization to respond proactively
• Practical knowledge in Structured Query Language/Unified Modeling Language or equivalent languages
Preferred:
• Strong knowledge of programming language (i.e. Python)
• Experience in using generative AI tools
