This Senior TPM will have a critical role in creating out Native AI Insurance Suite. They will help define how we capture decisions, how we capture cycle times for process steps, and how we share the contextual data that captures "why" decisions were made, for storage and future AI/ML use cases. The resource will also help define the insurance platform ontology by gathering requirements for the ontology from business, TPM, data science, enterprise architecture, and market research to come up with a single ontology and entity model.
Position Summary:
This role's main responsibility will be to manage the product roadmap for identified areas by defining and delivering the next generation of insurance services. Will not only develop innovative product solutions but also execute strategic go-to-market plans and cultivate essential business relationships to seize market opportunities. Responsibilities for this role encompass managing the product roadmap, providing mentorship to junior product managers, nurturing vendor relationships, and fostering cross-domain collaboration. The role also entails ensuring that product direction aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives.

State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:
$105,245 to $199,452 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
$95,677 to $181,320 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
$86,110 to $163,188 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
