Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Contribute to and execute end-to-end visual/UI design—including layout and interaction patterns—for web pages, campaign landing pages, and marketing emails, from concept and wireframes through high-fidelity assets.

• Design within brand guidelines and evolve digital expressions for clarity and performance.

• Build pages in the website CMS and in marketing app builders (e.g., landing page and email builders) using approved components, templates, and modules to deliver responsive, on-brand experiences across breakpoints, devices, and email clients (including dark mode); test rendering with tools like Litmus.

• Produce visual assets and graphics (icons, imagery, illustrations, light motion) in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Partner with frontend developers for clean handoffs and implementation; provide specs, redlines, components, and prototypes.

• Contribute to CRO experiments (A/B tests) and iterate based on insights.

• Maintain a curious, responsible approach to AI: stay current on best practices for visual design and integrate relevant techniques to improve outcomes.

• Apply UX best practices—information architecture, interaction patterns, and user flows—while upholding accessibility (WCAG) and strong visual hierarchy, typography, and color standards.

• Maintain our Frontify DAM: add and organize marketing assets, apply metadata and taxonomy, enforce naming conventions, and manage versions/permissions to ensure discoverability and brand compliance.

• Manage multiple projects and timelines, balancing quick-turn campaigns with system improvements and brand consistency.

• Participate in cross-functional reviews; give and receive feedback to maintain a high bar for craft and detail.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (e.g., Graphic/Visual Design, Interaction/UX Design, HCI), or equivalent experience.

Portfolio showcasing responsive web, landing page, branding, and email design work.

Experience:

• 5+ years in digital/visual/UI design for marketing websites, landing pages, and emails.

• Proven experience designing from brand guidelines and working within Figma design systems (components, variants, libraries).

• Hands-on experience building pages in a website CMS and using marketing app/ESP editors (e.g., landing page and email builders).

• Track record collaborating with front-end developers to implement designs; supporting specs, prototypes, and QA.

• Experience contributing to CRO/A/B testing and iterating from performance insights.

Skills & Abilities:

• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop; basic motion a plus).

• Strong UI craft: layout, typography, color, interaction patterns, and responsive behavior (including dark mode and email client constraints).

• Applied UX best practices (Information Architecture, user flows, interaction design) and working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Familiarity with testing/validation tools (e.g., Litmus) and performance-aware design.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management; able to handle multiple concurrent projects.

• Self-directed project management using Monday.com: plan and scope work, manage timelines, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned.

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and common web/email constraints; able to design within CMS, component, and ESP limitations to ensure feasibility, performance, and accessibility.
