Overview

Position Summary:

Mercury Ignite. Your launchpad to a brighter career. Our summer internship program is a 12-week paid internship designed to allow students to gain practical work experience in the Insurance field. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Creative Design Intern to join our Marketing team in Summer 2026. You’ll help bring the Mercury brand to life across campaigns, partnerships, agent communications, outdoor creative and sales materials. You’ll gain hands-on experience producing polished, on-brand work within an established visual system. It’s a great opportunity for someone eager to learn how design, content, and storytelling come together to turn strategy into creative impact. The program will be highly collaborative and immersive, with interns working on real business problems that can span multiple business units within the complex insurance landscape. But it won’t be all work! Mercury executives will host virtual lunch-and-learns with a small group of interns to discuss career aspirations, interns will get to meet Mercury people leaders and team members throughout the organization, and there will be a multitude of virtual social events.
