The Copywriter & Content Specialist is the hands-on lead writer and content owner accountable for brand-aligned, revenue-generating communications that engage, inform, and equip agency partners and sales teams. The role translates product value into high-converting copy and scalable messaging frameworks that move prospects and customers from interest to quote, bind, and renewal. Owning the narrative across agent touchpoints to turn value propositions into clear offers, headlines, CTAs, and objection handling that prompt immediate action. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Underwriting, and Compliance, it delivers clear, compliant communications and field-ready assets tailored to appetite, pricing, and state-specific requirements. It also sets and stewards voice and tone, maintains templates and disclosures, ensures accessibility, and drives consistency across channels and markets. Grounded in analytics, the Copywriter & Content Specialist uses testing and performance insights to ship rapid iterations that remove friction, increase quote starts, lift quote-to-bind conversion, grow cross-sell and retention, and improve efficiency. The outcome is a repeatable, compliant content engine that scales impact, accelerates sales velocity, and supports profitable, sustainable growth.
