Overview

The primary job function is to conduct team member and branch audit and prepare extensive numerical and narrative reports to summarize audit results.

State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:

 

$74,955  to $130,915   (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)

$68,141  to $119,013  (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)

$61,327  to $107,112   (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)

 

The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:


Position will provide recommendation for improvement and overall performance of property claims adjusters and branches.
Conducts field reviews and critiques completed estimates and work product for Property Field Adjusters, independent adjusters, and outside vendors.
Re-inspections are performed on a random basis to review repairs at different stages of completion to determine if repairs are being performed according to the estimate, in a timely manner, and according to industry standards.
Conduct branch and team member adjuster audits as scheduled. Re-inspect work product of Property Field Adjuster, independent adjusters, and outside vendors.
Complete and maintain reports for tracking claim volume, timeliness, etc.
Assist in determining what future training is needed. Assist in update of audit requirements and procedures.

Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience:
• 3 - 4 years of directly-related experience and includes a minimum of 2 years Company experience
• 3 – 4 years experience as a Property Field Representative
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of 2 years Xactware experience with demonstrated sketch abilities is required; and prior construction/restoration experience is preferred.

Pay Range

USD $74,955.00 - USD $130,915.00 /Yr.
