The Lead Technical Product Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for establishing and communicating portfolio-level vision whilemanaging complex products or small portfolios with active development roadmaps. The position demands exceptional influence andcommunication skills to work effectively across technical product teams, cross-functional business teams, and executives using both direct and earned leadership. The Lead Technical Product Manager will mentor team members in discovering user problems, finding solutions, creating viable delivery plans, and coordinating resources to execute successfully. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile software delivery practices.

$118,465 to $224,994 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
$107,695 to $204,540 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
$96,926 to $184,086 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
Essential Job Functions:
· Establish and communicate portfolio-level vision and strategy and coach your team to create compelling visions
· Develop and evangelize a comprehensive long-term portfolio strategy aligned with overall tech strategy
· Help your team create and schedule initiatives, epics, and stories
· Translate business outcomes into measurable product OKRs and regularly review progress, adjusting strategy and roadmap as needed
· Discover opportunities and problems and quantify the value of addressing them
· Lead value based prioritization and capacity based planning for your portfolio
· Conduct opportunity mapping for prioritize problems and opportunities to identify potential solutions
· Ensure your team uses best practices like story mapping and splitting to breakdown initiatives and deliver value quickly
· Validate release plans to ensure comprehensive rollout that allows users to become productive as quickly as possible
· Create regular portfolio-level roadmap and product health updates for all levels of the company

Education:
Minimum:
· Bachelor's degree in business management, computer information systems, computer science, or similar programs (or 3 years of direct Product Management leadership experience)

· MBA degree a plus

· Strong experience working in the P&C Insurance space
