Under general supervision, performs routine but varied clerical and support duties according to standard procedures. Works closely with legal teams to assist in clerical support duties. Performs general clerical duties, which may require on-site attendance, such as drop filing, pulling closed files for submission to storage, scanning, answer phones, subpoenaing records, updating case management software, managing anywhere from 200-400 emails daily in the service and subpoena box, linking and keeping current CMS by properly recording subpoena dates for records/films ordered, received and available for downloading. Assist in the downloading of the claims file in the case management software and any other support tasks as directed by assignment.
